Hi, I’m Megan.

I didn’t build Amyryn because I had everything figured out. I built it because I didn’t. For a long time, I felt overwhelmed, stretched thin, and stuck between the life I was living and the life I knew I wanted. I could see something different for myself—something slower, more intentional, more aligned—but I didn’t know how to actually get there without starting over or burning everything down. So I stayed where I was, trying to think my way through it, and the more I thought about it, the more overwhelming it became.

What changed wasn’t motivation—it was structure. I stopped trying to figure out my entire life at once and started breaking it down. I got honest about where I actually was, clear about what I actually wanted, and began mapping out what needed to happen in between. Not perfectly, and not all at once—but in a way that felt real and manageable.

Amyryn was built from that process. It’s not a perfect system, and it’s not meant to be. It’s a grounded, repeatable way to come back to yourself when things feel unclear, overwhelming, or out of alignment. A way to slow down, get honest, and start moving forward again with intention.

The name Amyryn is deeply personal to me. It’s a way of honoring my mom and the life she didn’t fully get the chance to live for herself. Losing her shifted something in me. It made me realize how easy it is to move through life on autopilot, putting off what you want for “later,” and how quickly that time can pass. Amyryn is my way of choosing differently. Of building a life that feels meaningful now, not someday.

My vision for my life is simple. I want something more grounded, more intentional, and built on freedom—financially, mentally, and physically. I don’t want a life driven by pressure, burnout, or expectations that don’t belong to me. I want space, clarity, and the ability to build something that actually fits who I am. Amyryn is a reflection of that. It’s not just something I teach—it’s something I’m actively living and building in real time.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like your life doesn’t fully reflect what you want, you’re not alone. You don’t need to have everything figured out, and you don’t need a perfect plan. You just need a starting point—and a way to move forward that actually works for you.
