The Life Map is a structured, self-paced experience designed to help you get clear on where you are, where you want to go, and how to start moving forward. It includes guided modules and a downloadable workbook that you’ll use as you go through the process.

It’s both.
You’ll move through guided modules that walk you through the process, and use the workbook alongside it to map everything out in real time. The clarity comes from doing the work—not just watching or reading. -
There’s no set timeline. Some people move through it in a few sessions, while others take their time over a few weeks. You can go at your own pace and come back to it whenever you need to reset or realign.
