A hand with orange-painted nails and a wide gold ring holds a sheet of clear ribbed glass up against a vivid cobalt sky. Red bougainvillea crowds the left of the frame, a curved cream wall sweeps behind the glass, and the arm wears a bright orange pleated sleeve.

Your business shouldn’t be this hard to run.

Show me the part that’s driving you crazy. I’ll make it make sense.

AMYRYN helps growing businesses turn messy, manual workflows into clear systems that save time, reduce errors, and make the business easier to run.

Sound Familiar

Things owners actually say out loud.

A workaround solves one week’s problem and quietly becomes how the business runs four years later. That’s the part AMYRYN fixes — not your business, the way work moves through it.

  • “Why are we still doing this manually?”
  • “We enter the same thing in three different places.”
  • “Everything depends on one employee remembering what to do.”
  • “We bought software, but we’re still doing half the work manually.”

Not client quotes — just what comes up a lot.

The Amyryn Systems Sprint

Show me the mess. We’ll find the friction. I’ll build the better way.

A Systems Sprint takes one messy, manual, error-prone workflow and turns it into a clear system your team can run — not a strategy deck, not a year-long transformation.

You don’t need to know the fix. You bring the problem; working out the solution — software, a form, a rebuilt process, or three deleted steps — is my job.

How It Works

Five steps. One finish line.

The Systems Diagnostic

$250

90-minute working session · one operational problem

You bring the mess. I map how the workflow runs today, find where it breaks, and tell you what should change — specifically. It’s a working session, not a sales call.

Book a Systems Sprint within 14 days of your Diagnostic and the full $250 is credited toward it.

Book Your Diagnostic

What you walk away with

  • A clear picture of how the process actually works today
  • The major friction points, named and located
  • The specific opportunities for improvement
  • A recommended future-state workflow
  • A prioritized roadmap — what to fix first, and why

Then Build It

The Amyryn Systems Sprint

From $1,500

Scope and price set after your Diagnostic

One defined problem — redesigned, built, tested, documented, handed off. Sprints start at $1,500; your Diagnostic sets the exact scope and fixed price, in writing, before work begins. No open-ended hours, no surprise invoices.

Bigger than a Sprint? Some problems are — multi-department rebuilds, several connected workflows at once, or work that has to roll out across locations. Those get scoped separately as a Custom Systems Engagement and quoted individually. A Sprint fixes one thing thoroughly. It does not rebuild an entire company’s operations.

Who This Is For

Established businesses that outgrew their own systems.

A burgundy fringed cowboy boot standing on a green tennis court with a cream fringed hat balanced on top of it, in front of a wall painted in green, cream and burnt-orange blocks with palm shadows falling across it. A faded pink tennis ball sits beside the boot.

Owner-operated, operations-heavy, roughly 5–50 employees. See how many land:

  • 01You’ve become the operating system your business runs on.
  • 02Too much lives in one employee’s head.
  • 03The same information gets entered more than once.
  • 04Expensive people spend their hours on admin work.
  • 05Growth has quietly exposed cracks that used to be manageable.

Three or more? A Diagnostic is worth the ninety minutes.
